18-Gauge Polystyrene 90-Minute Rated Flush Steel Door Polystyrene insulated core doors are constructed of 18-gauge A40 steel. Prefit size is nominal width minus 1/4" and nominal height minus 7/8". Hardware locations conform to Steelcraft standard preparations. All doors are provided with a 90-minute fire label. Typical door R-value is 4.17. Both vertical edges are beveled. Doors are constructed with an exposed mechanical lock seam on both edges. All internal reinforcements are fabricated from A40 steel.
