PVC • PVC is the most cost effective material • One solid piece, heated and shaped into desired radius. PVC is then run through a shaper to get desired pro file. • 3 ½ Windsor & 2 ½ Colonial are stock profiles that are heated and bent to desired radius • All other profiles are run through a shaper • Molded profiles of circles and ovals are shipped in two pieces • Flat ovals and circles are shipped as one piece, made from sheet stock • Straight lengths are available for an exact match to curved casing profile • Some profiles have a minimum radius Code: CC • All profiles are cut to shape and run through a shaper • Profiled circles and ovals are shipped in two pieces Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) • MDF is a superior paint grade product • All profiles are cut to shape and run through a shaper to desired profile • Casings are made from one sheet if possible • Molded profiles of circles and ovals are shipped in two pieces • Flat ovals and circles are shipped as one piece, made from sheet stock • Straight lengths are available for an exact match to curved casing profile Code: CCM Wood • Casings made from wood will be multiple pieces assembled as one • Available in Pine, Oak, Poplar, Sapele, Cherry
